Character Reference Sheet
If interested in commissioning me for a character reference sheet:
  1. Select what you want to include (Ex: 1 regular full character digital painting, 2 regular full character linearts, 1 regular halfbody lineart, 2 regular sketches)
  2. Total the $ amounts and take 20% off (Ex: $30 + $10 + $4.5 + $6 = $50.50  >>> 20% off of $50.50 would make the total $40.40)
To get this discount, the final product/image MUST have more then one drawing in the image. The drawings cannot be individual. However, at the commissioner's discretion, they may request 1. have all drawings in one image, 2. request to group certain drawings, say half of them in one image, and the rest in another image, or 3. request to, at minimum, have 2 drawings in one image.

Because the number of drawings includes may vary, the amount of time to complete a character reference will take longer then just commissioning 1 drawing.

    3. Color charts, eyes, hand/foot/paw prints, and 1 specific small detail focus (ex. jewelry piece, small body part, small clothing piece) are included.
    4. Larger body parts, like wings, would fall under Halfbody prices, and would be tallied into the overall price and discount of the commission.

General Commission Info
• I have the right to accept or decline a commission, without explanation.
• I accept PayPal USD and deviantart points.
• I must be paid in full in advance. I will begin the commission after payment is received.
• I need reference material and a clear description of what you want me to draw.
• I currently work with Photoshop Elements 8 and Paint Tool Sai. I do have access to Photoshop CS6.
• Delivery of the commission is done by me posting it to my deviantart account. If desired, delivery can be via email exclusively. Exclusive commissions are only available to those who pay with PayPal, Lindens, and gifing or donating DeviantArt points. DeviantArt point commissions paid through the commission widget cannot be exclusively delivered. I will not post the highest resolution of the commissioned artwork, but a size sufficient, about 2/3rds the original size, for viewing and use by the commissioner.
• My watermark will usually always be on all of my artwork, commissioned or personal. Only when the image itself requires it to not be there, I will not include. If you want my watermark to not be included, I will have to ask you what your intentions are for the commissioned artwork. Even if the watermark is not included, just for your personal use, or if you have plans to sale it elsewhere, I will require being compensated either way. (may be your idea, but its my artwork, gotta cover myself if it were to be stolen >.>)
• If for some reason that I not am able to fully complete your commission, I will offer an alternative, or if desired, a refund will be given, based on completed of the artwork, which is determined by me. The incomplete artwork will be delivered as is.
• Refunds will be determined based on the amount of work completed. The commissioner will receive the incomplete work as is, delivery via posting to my DeviantArt account or via email, upon request. Refunds are only available for commissions above $20 or 1600 points.
• Prices are subject to change.
• All communication will serve as a contract.

• The commissioner will receive a sufficient size of the commissioned artwork, which may be posted to their accounts and other websites with credit given back to me. The commissioner may resize or crop the commissioned artwork for non-commercial purposes, which include icons, wallpapers, and other digital media intended for the commissioner's use only. The image posted to my deviantart is the copy the commissioner should get a copy of.

I cant stream like used to cause of my internet and my laptop getting slower. BUT I will send you daily wips or near daily wip to keep thr progressive up to date and to fix any problems that come up. Sending this from my phone cause dA is not working on my computer at the moment. Keeps asking me to log in.

Hello there! I was talking with lynntv.deviantart.com/ about a possible commission, and she referred me to you. :)

So, here's the story: I was going through and listing out all of my characters, which of course made me want art of them. :D The problem being that I have so many! So, in the interests of not making a massive comment here, I'll just link to my list: www.sygnus.org/2015/02/18/the-…

I was thinking, looking at what you prefer to draw and who I'd most like to have done, that you might be interested in doing Iolar, Ciptiri, Sar'Tket, Karrain, or Karishi... but if you read through and see any other characters that you'd rather draw, I'd be glad to commission you for any of them. And of course, I'd be supplying more information on whichever one you think would be most interesting to draw.

As for the commission, I was thinking I'd go for the Lineless with Detailed Shading, with a background. I'd be paying through PayPal.

How much extra would it be to have a pet in the image with a pony? No bg.
Reply
:iconvaraann:

If the pet is about half the size of the pony, half the cost for the pony. If the pet is the same size, same cost as the pony.

Would you be willing to do a few humanoid linearts in ref sheet style?
Reply
:iconvaraann:
VaraAnn Featured By Owner Feb 15, 2015  Student General Artist
Yes. How many total linearts? What character/oc? What poses and expressions? And what format, like an example or something that you'd want me to go from?

And the price would be determined based on how many linearts with 20% off for the bundle as a ref sheet.

Roughly 3-4, 2 of them fullbodies (though one is more neck to waist) and either one or two headshots.

First fullbody would be either full frontal view or 3/4 front view.
Second would be a back view, showcasig a scar
Headshots would be 3/4 profile view.

Cool. Just send some pics and references, either here or in a note.

2 fullbodies - $10
Half body - $3
1 headshot - $5 or 2 headshots - $10

So either $18 + 20% off = $14.40  or
$23 + 20% off = $18.4

Also, payment method. Paypal or dA points?

Do you take flight rising commissions? (e.g. I pay you 20 gems or 15 000 treasure for a headshot of one of my FR dragons)
Reply
:iconvaraann:
VaraAnn Featured By Owner Jul 28, 2014  Student General Artist
I wouldn't mind being paid with FR money, but not at that at low. More like the actual ratio for gems to $, for how much they are bought for. $20 - 2150 gems. And my rate for treasure to gems is 1:200. For the treasure equivalent of 2150 would be 430000 treasure.

20 gems to me is 20 cents, that is way too low.

I would love to commission you something but I need to ask this: do you send the commissioner a copy without your little logo and URL towards the bottom of the picture?
Reply
:iconvaraann:
VaraAnn Featured By Owner Mar 8, 2014  Student General Artist
I add my watermark as a security and reassurance on my art, to prevent people from stealing it. Hence why I place it somewhere close to the edge of the artwork. Rarely, I do leave my watermark off of something, but only when the artwork itself requires it to not be there, like a cutie mark or something. I do not know the in's and out's of royalties and such, but I would have to be, maybe, be paid extra, just to cover myself and the artwork, if the artwork is to earn the commissioner money after my initial fee for the artwork.
Reply
:iconvaraann:
VaraAnn Featured By Owner Mar 8, 2014  Student General Artist
Also, the version I post here on deviantart, is the copy the commissioner should get. I don't send the commissioner a version without the watermark. I do, however, send the image to the commissioner via email, if the artwork is to be exclusive, and not posted on deviantart. The image is usually saved at a descent resolution.

I think everything I answered can be found in my commission info.
